Our honey with curry and saffron has a reference to South Asia and in particular to the region of India. Native to these areas, curry became popular in the western world in the 19th and 20th century due to its mass export as a seasoning, by the settlers of the East. There, the spice mixture used each time, is a matter of national or local tradition and culture.
We created our own blend, enriching it with the miraculous saffron.
